Photovoltaic properties of CdS-PbS and ZnO-PbS heterojunction made by chemical deposition

Description
Photovoltaic properties have been examined of CdS-PbS and ZnO-PbS heterojunction thin film structures, made by the chemical deposition method. The current-voltage characteristics have been plotted for different light intensities 1-V-W characteristics), and open circuit voltage Voc, short circuit current Isc, fill factor FF, have been calculated. The spectral response of both the structures was found to be very good in the near infrared region of the solar spectrum, ranging over 2000 nm. The barrier height Vb has been calculated from the volt-farad C-V measurements, for both the structures
