Description
The decree 2001-866 of the 17. September 2001 abrogates the derogation to the total and permanent interdiction of dumping low or medium-level radioactive substances (including wastes) into the sea. This derogation was conceded to France and United-Kingdom, but in 1997 both countries decided to abandon it. (A.C.)
