Description
The contribution is studied introduced by possible internuclear secondary processes to cumulative proton production in π-C interactions at 5 GeV/c. These processes are interaction of secondary mesons with nucleons and few-nucleon systems and Δ-resonance interactions with nucleons inside nuclei. The contribution introduced by secondary processes is found to be of about one half the inclusive cumulative proton production cross section at proton momentum of pp ≤ 0.75 GeV/c
