On the accumulation of 57Co by pancreas

Description

The in vivo distribution of various 57Co-labelled compounds has been studied. 57Co-citrate is concentrated by pancreas and when injected together with ferric citrate the pancreas uptake is increased while it decreases in liver and kidney. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Die in vivo Verteilung verschiedener 57Co-Verbindungen wurde untersucht. 57Co-Zitrat wird im Pankreas konzentriert und bei Injektion zusammen mit Fe(III)-Zitrat ist die Aufnahme von 57Co-Zitrat im Pankreas erhoeht, waehrend sie in der Leber und den Nieren vermindert ist. (orig.)
