Description
We prove by explicit computation that the gauge-fermion pair condenses in supersymmetric Yang-Mills theories in four dimensions, based on any compact group. The number of vacua is found to be equal to the quadratic Casimir operator for the adjoint representation of the gauge group. Considerable simplification is made in the instanton method computing chiral Green's functions. (orig.)
