239Pu decay power discrepancy
Description
An extensive effort was undertaken in the time period 1973-1978 to improve the basic decay-power standard used in U.S. reactor calculations. The final standard was determined from a generalized least-squares analysis that combines summation calculations using the ENDF/B-IV database with these and other decay-heat measurements. 10 refs, 2 figs
