Effect of neutron and alpha-particle irradiation on the structure and high-temperature mechanical properties of molybdenum and alloy on its base
Description
The changes of mechanical characteristics and the structure were investigated for the samples of molybdenum and its alloy-monibor, pre-irradiated uniformly by volume with either α-particles at the cyclotron up to the concentration 2,7 centre dot 10-4...3,7 centre 10-3 at.% or with neutrons (1023 n/m2) in the reactor WWR-K-core. It was shown, that at the deformation temperatures 873...1473 K the helium influence on decreasing of characteristics of strength and ductility for molybdenum is stronger than for monibor
