Are the psi-puzzles included in the quark paradox

  • 1. Nagoya Univ. (Japan). Dept. of Physics

Description

A part of puzzles on phi-particles are considered within the framework of the quark model J[or phi(3.1)], phi(3.7) and phi(4.15) are identified as the I=0 and I=1 members of the inverted nonet, which are the J=1 bound states of the scalar diquark (3 ) and anti-diquark (3). The masses of the K-mesons belonging to this nonet and also of the scalar meson nonet are predicted. The decays and production properties of these particles are briefly studied under three basic postulates, which form a new part of the quark paradox. (auth.)
