Study of the Chemistry of Coordination of Oxide-anions of Nitrogen with Species of Iron and Copper as Models of Enzymes of the Cycle of the Nitrogen

In the present work, a study is carried out about the reactivity of some nitrogen oxide-anions, like nitrite (NO2-) and trioxide-dinitrate (N2O32-), besides nitric oxide (NO), with copper species, iron, and cobalt in their states of oxidation II, in presence of the binding spectator bispicen. The synthesis and characterization of the [Cu(bispicen)NO2]BF4 was obtained, which can help to consolidate some mechanisms, proposed for the action of the nitrite reductase. The Fe(bispicen)(NO2)2 was also characterized; this is the fourth compound that presents two nitrites coordinated to an iron (II) through nitrogen. It has the characteristic of possessing short connection distances, which gives it a special attractiveness, and it opens the possibility of studying a spin exchange

En el presente trabajo se realizo un estudio de la reactividad de algunos oxoaniones de nitrogeno, como nitrito (NO2-) y trioxodinitrato (N2O32-), ademas de oxido nitrico (NO), con especies de cobre, hierro y cobalto en sus estados de oxidacion II, en presencia del ligando espectador bispicen. Se obtuvo la sintesis y caracterizacion del [Cu(bispicen)NO2]BF4 el cual puede ayudar a consolidar algunos mecanismos propuestos para la accion de la nitrito reductasa. Ademas se caracterizo el Fe(bispicen)(NO2)2 este es el cuarto compuesto que presenta dos nitritos coordinados a un hierro(II) a traves del nitrogeno.
