Thermically stimulated exoelectronic emissions and thermoluminescence of MgO

Description

In this work, studies were performed on the following topics: i) thermically stimulated exoelectronic emission (TSEE) in pure MgO single crystals ion implanted, submitted to thermal treatment with fast on slow cooling and water adsorption; ii) ultraviolet light effect on TSEE; iii) thermoluminescent emission; iv) crystallization of FeCoB amorphous alloys. Abstract (Portuguese)

Neste trabalho foram realizados estudos de: i) emissao exoeletronica termicamente estimulada (TSEE) de monocristais de MgO puro e com implantacao ionica, submetidos a tratamento termico com resfriamento lento ou rapido e adsorcao de agua; ii) efeito da luz ultravioleta na TSEE; iii) emissao termoluminescente (TL); iv) cristalizacao de ligas amorfas de FeCoB.
