Polarized Raman spectra of InS single crystal
Description
Experimental results of Raman scattering of InS single crystals are reported. The Raman spectra are measured for 900 scattering at 104 K by using the emission line of a He-Ne laser at 1.96 eV. The Raman lines are assigned to phonon modes by the aid of polarized Raman scattering spectra and by the help of angular dependence of the peak intensity of each Raman line upon the direction of the electric vector of the incident line
