Exploration on the optimization of quality management system on nuclear power project
Description
In order to promote the standardization and a mass construction of the third-generation nuclear power plant, as well as facilitate the upgrade of Chinese nuclear power equipment, AP1000 [Advanced Passive PWR] nuclear power has established a comparatively mature quality management system which has achieved good result through years of practice. During AP1000 nuclear power plant construction, Chinese engineers learn a lot of managerial experience, besides, within the combination of HAF003 [nuclear power station quality assurance safety requirements] and its guide rules, Chinese developed a whole set of AP1000 quality management. However, Quality management needs continuous improvement, as the follow-up plants start working, lots of beneficial attempt are being conducted on operation, evaluation and optimization of quality management system on AP1000 nuclear power project.
