Description

57 Fe doped high-Tc superconductors Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O have been examined by Moessbauer spectroscopy in the temperature region 76-296 K. Samples with Pb/Bi substitution in the range Pb/Bi = 0-0.35 were prepared by solid phase synthesis at different sintering times (18-500 h) and temperatures (850-865o C), from a mixture of high-purity starting materials Bi2 O3, Pb O2, Sr CO3, Ca CO3, Cu O and 0.05 molar fraction of α-57 Fe2 O3. A study of the location and influence of ion within the typical superconducting phases with a critical temperature Tc of the order of 10 K(2201), 80 K(2212) and 110 K(2223) is presented. (Author)
