Installation of inspection data collection system at RRP

An inspection data collection system can transfer the multi-point signal from Rokkasho Reprocessing Plant (RRP) and the data from each buildings of RRP to the inspector room. And the system storages the collected data and transfers automatically the data to the evaluation station. Outline of the system, data collection, data transfer network, transfer of data file to the evaluation station, power source, setting of the system and tests are reported. The signal transfer cable, network cable and power source cable had been established in 2004. The installation work of inspection cabinet, data collection server was established in 2003. Test operation of the inspection data collection system has been kept since 2004. Main data collected at present is about 10,000 files/day from the facilities. (S.Y.)
