Precise measurement of the emission probabilities for the weak 161 and 223 keV gamma-rays of 133Ba
Description
Emission probabilities for the 160.6 and 223.2 keV gamma-rays of 133Ba were measured by using a 4πβ(ppc)-γ(HPGe) coincidence system. Determined emission probabilities are 0.006383±0.000038 and 0.004530±0.000031, respectively. This implies that the relative accuracy in the emission probabilities has been considerably improved in comparison with previous measurements. (orig.)
