Gamma-ray radiographic equipment for nondestructive testing using depleted uranium shielding

Description
γ-ray nondestructive testing has been widely used in developed industrial countries. This paper briefly describes the knowleges about γ-ray NDT and the principle of chosing γ-ray isotope sources. The structure and design and advatages of the new shielding containers using depleted uranium are discussed in some detail
