Completing and strengthening the regulations for problems which are at the regulatory boundary of radiation protection system
Description
With the increase of activities of decommissioning nuclear facilities, environmental remediation and application of nuclear technology, the regulatory issues of 'move-in' or 'move-out' the radiation protection system are also increasingly occurred. The first part of this paper clarifies the related concepts and standards, then analyzes and emphasizes the significance of solving these problems, and the difficulties as well of us. Finally, some suggestions are made. (authors)
