The cross-sections for the four important neutron dosimetry reactions 24Mg(n,p)24Na, 64Zn(n,p)64Cu, 63Cu(n,2n)62Cu and 90Zr(n,2p)89Zr were evaluated in the neutron energy range from threshold to 20 MeV. The evaluation is based primarily on experimentally measured cross-sections, only for the 63Cu(n,2n) and 90Zr(n,2n) reactions, where there exist no data in the energy region just above the threshold, the experimental data are supplemented by statistical model calculations. All data sets were critically reviewed and obviously erroneous data sets were disregarded. If necessary, the data were renormalized in order to take into account adjustments in corresponding standard cross-sections and decay schemes. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden die Wirkungsquerschnitte fuer 4 wichtige Neutronenreaktionen 24Mg(n,p)24Na, 64Zn(n,p)64Cu, 63Cu(n,2n)62Cu und 90Zr(n,2n)89Zr evaluiert, die fuer die Dosimetrie von Bedeutung sind. Der Neutronenenergiebereich liegt zwischen der Schwelle und 20 MeV. Die Evaluation basiert hauptsaechlich auf experimentell gemessenen Wirkungsquerschnitten. Eine Ausnahme bilden die Reaktionen 63Cu(n,2n) and 90ZrZr(n,2n) fuer die keine Daten im Energiebereich dicht oberhalb der Schwelle existieren. In diesem Fall wurden statistische Modellrechnungen mit herangezogen. Alle Datensaetze wurden kritisch bewertet und offensichtlich falsche Daten nicht mit beruecksichtigt.
