Service and its significance for the reliability availability, service life and profitability of nuclear power plants
Description
Actions and measures required for maintaining the high standard of quality and safety of plants cover the functions and tasks discharges by both the operating organization and external service companies. Their direct impact on plant profitability can be taken from plant statistics. The paper characterizes the position of service, demonstrates the interactions resulting from demands on and experience with service, and outlines expectations from 'High Serve'. (DG)

Die zur Erhaltung des hohen Sicherheits- und Qualitaetsstandards der Anlagen notwendigen Massnahmen beinhalten sowohl die Aufwendungen des Betreibers zur Wartung als auch die von Serviceunternehmen weitflaechig uebernommenen Aufgaben.
