Design and implementation of data acquisition and control system for PbBi loop PREKY based on LabVIEW

Description
On account to the requirements of measurement and control for high temperature liquid metal loop PREKY at the laboratory of FDS Team, one real-time measurement system based on LabVIEW 2009 has been designed and implemented. Through NI PXI series data acquisition card, the system realized the function of temperature, pressure and liquid level acquirement. And experimental data are analyzed and saved through monitor computer online. In the meantime, one remote data acquisition and control system with diagnosing and warning functions has been developed. Error analysis and modification has been discussed, and experimental readout test of electromagnetic pump outlet pressure has been performed to validate its feasibility. (authors)
