A gas ionization chamber for identification of isobars in AMS

Description

A gas ionization chamber which consists of 3 separated anodes and a cathode is described for identification of siobars in AMS (Accelerator Mass Spectrometry). The ionization chamber is used to identify 36Cl. The result shows that the background ions 36S can be eliminated by the ionization chamber
