The radioactive waste management multidisciplinary program at the University of Arizona
Description
This paper describes a radioactive waste management program instituted at the University of Arizona at a Master of Science (MS) level. The program was developed with the coordination of five academic departments in the College of Engineering and Mines by the joint agreement of common core courses to be required of all participants. The concepts is to qualify the student for an MS degree in a primary discipline with a specialty in radioactive waste management
