Description
In the approximation of a low degree of ansotropy obtained were expressions determining energy losses for longitudinal and transverse degrees of thermal electron freedom during both elastic and inelastic interactions with basic neutral components of the upper atmosphere. The effect of superthermal electrons has been considered. It is shown that the electron temperature anisotropy in the middle-latitudinal plasmosphere can reach approximately 20-25%
