Description

Presented are data on studying some problems of surgical desease pathogenesis of kidneys by dynamic radionucleide methods with computer treatment. Based on ''Approximation'' mathematical program in the FOCAL language for the PDP-11 computer, the following factors were studied: B - compound introduction rate ratio to the average rate of its storage in the kidney; C - relative rate of compound evacuation (in s-1); Ysub(max) - maximum level of labelled compound storage in the kidney (in imp/s); Tsub(max) - time of achieving maximum curve rise. These factors can be used to analyse computer renograms and renoangiograms. The Ymax factor observing standard conditions of compound introduction actually reflects canalicular (for hyppuranium-131I) and arterial (for albumine-sup(99m)Tc) ''capacity''. They are constant values. The same thing is obtained while investigating the ''B'' factor. The result of statistical analysis showed that the most favourable results of surgical kidney treatment were obtained at decreasing arterial ''capacity'' by not more than 30%, canalicular - up to 50%. The method given permits to determine not only functional potential of affected and contralateral kidney but the way of curing patients with the prognosis of its results
