Flux creep: the stochastic approach
Description
Considering the magnetic and structural fluctuations in superconductors as a stochastic force acting over the flux lines and making use of the theory of stochastic processes some features of the 2-D motion of fluxons in superconductors are derived. Some new parameters are defined and their main characteristics given. Finally a physical discussion of the method is presented. (orig.)
