Description

We have successfully prepared a high temperature superconducting p-n junction by laser ablation technique. The junction is formed with p-type superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-δ (YBCO) over the n-type superconducting cuprate Pr2-xCexCuO4 (PCCO), which is deposited on a high quality SrTiO3 (STO) substrate. X-ray analysis shows that the bilayer film is c-axis oriented on both cuprates
