Description
Experimentally investigated is exciton spectrum in the presence of a metal-semiconductor interface. Observed are characteristic changes in exciton reflection spectra (ESR) and CdS and Zn Se crystal luminescence, taking place in the result of spraying a layer of copper, gold or indium of different thickness on their surface. Obtained is good agreement of experimental reflection curves and ESR, calculated on the basis of light reflection model from the system: vacuum-metal-excitonless layer - crystal volume
