The creation of radiation steady photodiodes, based on indium selenide with thermoelectric cooler

Full text : At present article photodiodes properties with thermoelectric cooler on near infra-red spectrum area have been investigated on the basis of monocrystals of indium selenide. Besides the ionising radiation influences on thermoelectric parameters of thermo materials and coolers on their basis have been investigated, absolute values of photodiodes sensitivity with thermoelectric cooler have been determined and mechanism of current, going through p-n transitions had been determined
