Study and realization of a servo chain for a double beam infra-red spectrophotometer

Description
After a description of the operation of the CEA patented monochromatic double-beam infrared spectrophotometer, the problems posed by the servo-controlling of the optical attenuators of this spectrophotometer are presented. the necessary performances for the precision of measurement allowed by optics are then defined: gain, stability, residual tensions. The selected solutions are described as well as the different parts of the circuits. This electronics proved satisfactory for the proposed purpose and showed that the performance of the spectrophotometer is only limited by the infrared detector
Abstract (French)
Apres une description du fonctionnement du spectrophotometre infrarouge a double faisceau monochromatique (brevet C.E.A.), nous presentons les problemes poses par l'asservissement des attenuateurs optiques de ce spectrophotometre. Nous definissons les performances necessaires pour la precision de mesure permise par l'optique: gain, stabilite, tensions residuelles. Nous decrivons ensuite les solutions retenues ainsi que les differentes parties des circuits. Cette electronique s'est montree satisfaisante pour le but propose et a montre que seul le detecteur infrarouge limitait les performances du spectrophotometre. (auteurs)Files
