Elastic and inelastic p + 8He scattering at Ec.m.s. = 65 MeV
Description
An analysis of experimental data on elastic and inelastic p + 8He scattering at Ec.m.s. = 65 MeV is presented. The sensitivity of elastic scattering to the density distribution in 8He is studied. A set of parameters of the optical potential is determined. The spin-parity and width of the excited state 8He*(3.57) are investigated. 18 ref., 3 figs., 1 tab
