On the theory of quantized friction
Description
In this paper some of the most elementary aspects of a theory of quantized friction are discussed which could be relevant in the context of nuclear viscosity. Solutions of the relevant Schroedinger-Langevin equation are discussed and it is shown that these have the remarkable property of being stationary for large times i.e. asymptotically stationary. This concept is also used in a discussion of general structure of the solutions. (Auth.)
