Mathematical modelling in radioisotope studies of the function of the lungs
- 1. Akademiya Meditsinskikh Nauk SSSR, Moscow. Onkologicheskij Nauchnyj Tsentr
Description
A mathematical model of the intravenously administered 133Xe transport is proposed. The model was used for interpretation of the measurement data in radioisotope diagnosis of the functional condition of the lungs. The method proposed allows determination of the mean time of the indicator stay in vascular and alveolar-bronchial spaces for various zones of the lungs
