Structural study of thin films of glassy ZnAs2 and CdAs2

Description

The structure of a short-range order in thin films of glassy ZnAs2 and CdAs2 was studied on the base of diffraction patterns. Similar coordination of the short-range order was shown for both glassy and suggested crystalline ZnAs2 (pyrite type). In the case of glassy CdAs2 a short-range order like crystalline with the parameters of unit cell different from those for a bulk sample was determined
