Description

The article is devoted to question of the reconstruction to SU NPP refueling machine control system (RMCS). The article contain: - features of the reconstruction; requirements to the functions reliability; requirements to the functions quality; requirements to verification of the conformity; requirements to the functions stability. The article give rise to safety assessment of the RMCS in the licensing process for the grounding of the facility realization of the reconstruction and their systems input to the SU NPP
