Nuclear shape parametrization for multicluster fission
Creators

Description
A realistic parametrization able to characterize, at least from a qualitative point of view, the evolution of nuclear shape for a multicluster fission process was developed. It is developed using seven smoothly joined portions of quadratic surfaces of revolution and it can fairly reproduce the initial, middle and final stages for binary, ternary and beyond ternary symmetrical and asymmetrical fission processes.
