Estimation of latch-up sensitive thickness and critical energy using large inclination heavy ion beams
Description
Large angle latch-up cross-section experimental results are presented which tend to show large collection depths. A simplified technique is proposed for estimating the latch-up sensitive volume thickness by varying energy deposition conditions with angle and by fitting energy loss calculation with cross-section measurements
