The dynamical evolution of HI shells and initial mass function OB associations
Description
The evolution of expanding supershells produced by supernovae explosions in OB-associations is considered. It is shown that the narrow range of the observed velocities is naturally explained in the model. The supershells expanding velocities and star mass spectral index obtained from the condition of velocity agree well with observational data
