Atomic emission analysis of CdxHg1-xTe compound with extraction of matrix by organic sulfides

Description
The extraction scheme of simultaneous separation of matrix elements in CdxHg1-xTe compounds by extraction with dioctylsulfide from perchlorate-halogenide media is suggested. The behaviour of impurities is studied. The technique of extraction-spectral analysis of cadmium-mercury telluride is developed. It permits to determine 22 elements with 5x10-7-2x10-4% detection limit and 100 mg expense of the sample to be analyzed
