Description

Penetration of electrostatic field into the ionosphere from disturbances localized in lithosphere is under consideration. The electrostatic problem for the media with inhomogeneous anisotropic conductivity added with boundary conditions is solved numerically. The results of numerical simulations show that obtained values of electric field in ionospheric D-layer can essentially change the parameters of lower ionosphere. (author)
