Momentum state correlations in a condensed system of interacting bosons

Description
The correlation function in momentum space for a condensed system of interacting bosons with liquid 4He density is studied theoretically using the methods of distribution functions of statistical mechanics and the reaction-matrix formalism of many body theory. The results obtained show agreement with conclusions drawn from structure factor measurements in superfluid 4He indicating existence of a macroscopic Bose condensate in the superfluid phase of liquid 4He.
