Solid-phase electrodes on the basis of vanadium or tungsten oxide bronzes in potentiometry

Description
A mathematical model is suggested and potentiality of analytical application of electrodes made of vanadium and tungsten oxide bronzes for ion-selective determination of concentrations of oxygen-containing vanadium ions (5+) and tungsten (6+) ions in aqueous solutions under pH controlled in the range of 10-5 - 10-2 M has been ascertained. It is shown that potentiometric determination of vanadates and tungstates on oxide-bronze electrodes in terms of accuracy is approximately equivalent to chemical titration being characterized, nonetheless, by essentially higher capacity

Предложена математическая модель и установлена возможность аналитического применения электродов из оксидных бронз ванадия и вольфрама для ионселективного определения концентраций кислородсодержащих ионов ванадия (5+) и вольфрама (6+) в водных растворах при контролируемом рН в диапазоне 10-5 - 10-2 М. Показано, что потенциометрическое определение ванадатов и вольфраматов на оксидно-бронзовых электродах по точности определения примерно эквивалентно химическому титрованию, однако отличается значительно большей производительностьюAdditional details
