Description
The influence of electron irradiation in a 1 MeV high voltage electron microscope (HVEM) on the microstructural stability of a Cu-1.35 at.% Be alloy has been investigated. The specimens were irradiated at temperatures between 600 and 700 K employing an atom displacement rate of about 10sup(-4) dpa ssup(-1). The results are compared with those obtained after Cu+ -ion irradiation. (orig.)
