The titles are: 1) Recent developments in the German Laws and regulations ruling atomic energy; 2) Legal aspects of stopping and eliminating nuclear plants in Germany. Der Bericht enthaelt zwei Vortraege, die der Autor waehrend des 3. Japanisch-Deutschen Atomrechts-Symposiums, 5.-7.10.1992 in Tokio, gehalten hat mit den Themen: 1) Neuere Entwicklungen im deutschen Atomrecht; 2) Rechtliche Fragen der Stillegung und Beseitigung kerntechnischer Anlagen in Deutschland. Beide Vortraege sind auch ins Japanische uebersetzt. (HP)
