Description
On the basis of X-ray diffraction and electron diffraction studies of phase composition and photoelectric properties of thin film system p-CdTe/n-CdS it is shown that by means of tellurium solid phase substitution for sulfur in polycrystal films spatially nonlocalized heterotransition is formed. Possible mechanism of the system formation is considered. 7 refs.; 3 figs.; 1 tab
