Kinetics of heterogeneous isotopic exchange reaction in reactor of ''through bed'' type

Solution for the system of equations, describing kinetics of heterogeneous isotopic exchange in reactor of ''through bed'' type is obtained for the case when gas adsorption and reaction of surface exchange are the limiting stages. Reaction of isotopic exchange between oxygen of solid oxide of TiO2 type and H218O vapors (18O-tracer isotope) is considered. Dependence of the function γ(t, x)/delta on x at different rates of gas flow (γ-part of tracer isotope in solid oxide; x-spatial coordinate the direction of which coincides with the direction of gas flow; delta-part of tracer isotope in the initial gas) is presented
