Study on prevention and control technology of triphase substance of extraction from a uranium mine in Inner Mongolia
- 1. Inner Mongolia Mine Co., Ltd., CNNC, Hohhot (China)
Description
In order to reduce the production of triphase substance, recycle and utilize the useful components of triphase substance, and reduce the production cost of enterprises, the research on the prevention and control technology of triphase substance was carried out in a uranium mine in Inner Mongolia. By changing the reverse extraction process from third-level reverse extraction to single-level reverse extraction, and changing the formulation of the reverse extraction agent from Na2C03 + NaHC03 to Na2C03 + NaOH, the production of triphase substance products is reduced by 50%. At the same time, a process flow of plate and frame filter treatment for triphase substance was designed independently, and the recovery rate of useful components in triphase substance reached 90%.
