Description
Use of accelerators and nuclear physics methods with instant radiation registration is described. Analysis of substance composition from characteristic X-ray radiation which is excited by accelerated ions permits to clarify the structure of many compositions. In particular, it makes possible to study properties and composition of high-temperature superconductors
