Possible signatures for low-x shadowing effects at high-energy ep colliders
Description
The conditions for a distinctive observation of shadowing effects in the low-x region of deep inelastic ep scattering are presented. It turns out that shadowing effects may be clearly observable only provided F2(x, Q2) is flat at some low input scale Q2=Q02 with Q02≅4 GeV2 at HERA. (orig.)
