Morphology and structure of oxide phase produced as a result of internal oxidation of low alloyed Pt-Hf alloys in the 1000-1300 deg C temperature interval an the structure stability during long-term high-temperature annealing in the air are studied using x-ray phase analysis methods and light, raster and diffraction electron microscopy
