Adiabatic condition for ν-oscillations in matter is considered and the evolution of ν-state in adiabatic regime is described. The authors give the deduction of main results on adiabatic regime, represented in their previous papers. The divergence of ν-wave packets is studied. The physical picture of ν-propagation inside the Sun is outlined
